Was supposed to be contacted numerous times by the branch since February 2020. Never received any phone calls or meetings as was indicated in all phone calls with Scotiabank to discuss banking. Spoke to Scotiabank Head office numerous times and each time they advised they were sorry that the branch never reached out and will reach out to them in regards to this. Still have heard nothing…worst service ever!!
